What is Inland Fog

Inland Fog is a small home based company with homes in Modesto, California and Maimi, Florida.  It is a company making homemade, handmade vegan ritual bath soap, individually and in small batches just for you.

Sorry but we do not have a store front on either coast. We are Internet based and sell from this Internet site and from a vendor's booth at an ocassional special event.

Modesto is located in the agricultural heartland of California's San Joaquin Valley. The climate is generally Mediterranean with cool winters. Often dense valley fog forms in the winter (inland fog) providing a unique tranquility. If you ever are in the area and encounter fog, please slow down and drive slowly for the safety of yourself, your loved ones and for those you can't see because of the fog.

No real earth quake issues where we live. We just roll or get jolted once in a while from those in the San Francisco and eastern Sierra Mountain regions.

Miami is, well, Miami, Florida. A cosmopolitian tropical world class city of warm evenings, an active night life and wonderful people. To bad about those ocassional huricanes.

I learned soap making one summer while in Miami, Florida from a dear friend of mine and her daughter, Pucashell (the Pucashell Plumeria was her idea). She taught me that soap making is more than chemistry; it is based upon soul, mystic, ritual and understanding.

It may seem silly, but we do not actually make soap. We only provide the opportunity and the atmosphere for the materials to become soap of their own accord. This philosophy produces a wonderful moisturizing, rich lathering soap. We know that you will agree.

Every soap we make has a drop of "Best Intentions" added. It is our wish for peace and prosperity for you and the earth we all walk upon.
